Corrupt Police officer, Nkem Owoh, normally collects bribe from drivers and also falsifies offences so as to get huge sum of money from them. He met his waterloo after he stopped someone, Munuogor, who happened to be a “boss” in the force.
Things were going on fine that very morning, as usual, he and his boys had cashed in from drivers (commercial and private), till he ordered his boys to stop an “unassuming” man, who he later found out to be a Commissioner of Police.
